Worldwide availability and business use

FleetSlate is offered internationally for business or professional operations where online purchase and digital delivery are available. The software and support materials are supplied in English.

30-day full trial

The trial begins when the company workspace is first created. It includes every FleetSlate Office and Driver feature for 30 days, with no card and no fleet-size restriction.

When the trial ends, existing records remain readable. Continued operational changes, new records and Cloud Sync require a valid Lifetime licence.

Lifetime price and payment

The advertised price is £299 in GBP for one company installation. It is a single payment and does not renew automatically. There is no recurring FleetSlate fee.

The total price is shown before payment. VAT is charged only if the seller is VAT-registered and legally required to charge it.

Licence scope

Lifetime means the right to use the purchased FleetSlate 3.15.x release indefinitely for the licensed company installation, subject to these terms. It does not promise every future major release, perpetual hosting, or unlimited bespoke support.

The buyer may make reasonable backup copies but may not resell, publish, sublicense, remove licence controls, share an activation key with another organisation or use FleetSlate to provide an unlicensed hosted service to third parties.

Digital delivery and cancellation

The installer, activation key and signed licence are delivered digitally through protected links after payment confirmation. Before checkout, the buyer requests immediate supply and acknowledges that a statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content may be lost once download begins, where applicable law permits.

Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If mandatory consumer law applies despite the stated business purpose, those statutory rights remain in force.

Software quality and responsibility

FleetSlate will materially match its published description when supplied. The buyer remains responsible for lawful fleet operation, safety decisions, regulatory compliance, device permissions, backups and reviewing Driver submissions. FleetSlate is an operational record tool, not legal, accounting or safety certification advice.

Cloud Sync and availability

Cloud Sync uses a tenant-isolated Relay and depends on internet access, the customer Office service and compatible devices. Temporary interruption does not affect access to the locally installed Office records. Driver outbox retry and bounded Relay recovery reduce, but cannot eliminate, connectivity failures.

Problems and remedies

Contact the seller promptly with the order reference and a clear description of the problem. The seller may provide troubleshooting, replacement files, correction, re-performance, a price reduction or refund where required by the contract or applicable law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where the seller is established, without limiting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that the law gives the buyer.
