FleetSlate Office installs as a standalone workspace. The full trial and Lifetime can connect up to 10 Windows/macOS Office devices at the same time, all sharing fully synchronised company data.
Company workspace
Create the company record, administrator PIN, first driver and vehicle.
Mobile Driver
Office creates a one-time QR code for the selected driver. The phone is paired automatically without a company hostname, tunnel token or Driver PIN.
Secure connection
Office connects outward to the shared FleetSlate Relay automatically. Driver devices use protected HTTPS and remain tied to their assigned driver account.
Offline acceptance test
The first device is taken offline and reconnected to confirm saved work is delivered when internet returns.
